The Turkish Radio and Television Corporation (TRT) will soon launch a new TV station, TRT Türk, for Central Asia and the Turkish world.
The station will be available to audiences in five Turkic republics, including Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
TRT-Türk was officially launched on March 21 during the celebration of the Nevruz festival, with performances by Turkish pop star Tarkan and artists from the Turkic world.
Tarkan sang 8 songs: Kuzu kuzu, Gulumse Kaderine, Arada Bir, Uyan, Uzun ince bir yoldayim, Dudu, Simarik and Vay anam vay.
